We are Gracie University’s only Gracie Certified Training Centre in Gauteng. With Gracie Certified Instructors, we offer a safe, cooperative and fun training experience. We offer Gracie BullyProof for children between 5 to 12 years old. Woman Empowered program for ladies over 13 years old. And Gracie Combatives program for all adults from 13 years old an up.
